It's alright. Garlic toast is really good and so are the mozzarella sticks. Restaurant in itself is dated, menus are messy and flimsy. Def needs a Reno to appeal to younger generations. Our waitress was very quiet and I could barely hear her.
My boyfriend and I were driving through Taber on our way home and decided to stop in and have a bite to eat. We ordered the potato skins and honey garlic wings to start. The wings were very good so meaty and crunchy! I ordered a Steak with a Greek salad my boyfriend ordered the beef dip with fries and we were curious to try their pizza so we got a medium New York. The steak was very delicious and tender. My boyfriend really enjoyed the beef deep you can tell that they use real roast beef the meat was very tender. Ive had my fair share of pizzas and this pizza was delicious. It was loaded with toppings the sauce was tangy and they topped it off with lots of cheese. Our waitress was very friendly the food service was quick and efficient. Definitely going back to eat here again.
Food was good. Service was the worst I've recieved in a very long time. Walked past us a dozen times and not once asked if we wanted or drinks refilled. Didn't ask how the food was etc... Would be better as a take out restaurant!
Dont waste your time eating here (and if you do be prepared to have lots of time to spare).....A couple days ago my husband and I went to Luigis for lunch. We walked in and stood in the front entry for well over 10 minutes and were never acknowledged by staff. The restaurant appeared dead and we were unable to locate a staff member so we ended up leaving without being seated.Last night a friend and I decided to try again. (Maybe the earlier experience was a one off...). Again the restaurant was near empty and yet we waited a long time to find a staff member to seat us. The service we received was minimal. She took our drinks and meal orders. That was it...literally. After our meals were put on the table we never saw service again. We never received a refill on our drinks, we had to find our own napkins and cutlery and our plates were never cleared. Finally we decided to head to the front to attempt to pay our bill and found ourselves standing around without any staff to help us. It was not until I went into the back to flag down a staff member and request we pay our bill that we had any other service. When we expressed our frustration we were advised that our server had gone home for the night...thats right...she placed our meals on the table then left us without any service and went him.Due to this appalling service I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
